I.e when i plug in my digital camera and try to access a different hard drive apart from the C drive. does anyone know how i stop this?
An instance where the computer is shut down when a device is added is usually caused by a bad driver. If the problem only started happening recently, try using system restore. If it's a bit more veteran than makes system restore possible, then try and uninstall the device from the windows hardware manager then try reinstalling it.
hi, iv done a restore but its still the same, iv narrowed it down to video files now it lets me access my different hard drives , its whenever i open a video it happens, any suggestions?
