Windows Live Messanger APPCRASH

Everything was working fine, I have updates disabled on my vista machine. Then one day I turn on my PC and every time I click on the icon to load MSN it comes up with APPCRASH sa soon as I click the icon. I have tried restarting, uninstalling, reinstalling, deleting application data, etc still have the same problem. MSN won't even come up to let me get to the sign in page, it just says "MSN has stopped working" as soon as I click the icon and under details APPCRASH. Here is the details of the problem:
