This might not be the right place to post this but i'm new to this so give me a chance, ok. I want to take some tv shows i have recorded with WMC and burn them to dvd. The problem is WMC will let me burn them to a dvd+r but will only play them on my computer. I was wondering if there was any way to make it so these would be playable on my oter dvd players. They need to be converted from avi to mpeg2 format. have a look at this thread:http://forums.afterdawn.com/thread_view.cfm/40101 Try TMPGEnc. Though its not free, I hear it'll get the job done.
