    Hi,

I've got a problem with Windows Media Player (11). My OS is Vista Home Premium. WMP works fine, it's just that when I'm in the 'Now Playing' screen, my whole screen becomes a bit more darker (not only WMP, but my taskbar as well). If I switch to 'Library', for instance, my screen turns normal (/bright) again. I've tried the brightness/contrast options in the enhancement menu, but that's only related to the video).
Any suggestions how to solve this problem?
    Thanks in advance

    Hi,
Thanks for reply. I'm not running any other programs in the background. But I've figured out its not WMP. It happens if there is a lot of black on the screen. For instance, a website with a black background also 'fades' my whole screen. Could this be related to my videocard or monitor?
