windows media player error when trying to play DVD

    I get this error:

    Windows Media Player cannot play this DVD because there is a problem with digital copy protection between your DVD drive, decoder, and video card. Try installing an updated driver for your video card.

    I just upgraded firmware to KY06 on my SONY DVD RW DRU-800A.

    What do I do?

    I also downloaded this LtnRPC utility that is supposed to make my drive region-free, but it hasn't helped the problem
