windows messanger live disconects

right just fitted my new wired router has a great connection all day everyday until i connect to windows live messanger and then about every 60secs it disconects 'local area conection netowrk cable unpluged' and instantly reconects this is very anoying as i have to keep re signing back in and half the time the person i am chating to doesnt get my message.

have searched the internet and seems a few people are having this problem i have tried a few sugestions but nothing has changed it seems other people are also finding it hard to get a solution also.

so any ideas people.
