windows restricts access to programs

    i am trying to run Acronis True Image WD Edition and it keeps telling me i dont have permissions also when i try running hijack this it twells me im not allowd to write to hdd unable to save log here are some pics [​IMG]

    turn off the uac in user accounts, restart windows & see what happens with acronis.

    I dont know if this has anything to do with it, but Acronis WD...WD stands for western digital are all your drives WD drives?

    funny thing is it happened b4 i finally got the hdd swapped and yes my new hdd is a wd 320g caviar blue

    w7 is garbage.. said a drive I had formatted on a different machine was write protected and refused to deal with it.. installed slackware on it.. not write protected.. win7?.. partitions write protected.. what a pile of useless rubbish!!
