Hey guys, I am new to the forum. However, I do know a little bit about what kind of software to use when removing malware etc. Now I'll just tell you what I have tried before any suggestions are made. First off I've tried Smitfraudfix and Smitrem (both in safe mode). Neither has done the job. I have also tried Bazooka Spyware Scanner. I can't seem to figure out why this won't get fixed. Oh yeah, I also tried going to start, typing in "services" and switching it on manually. I have also tried switching on windows defender manually. But both services just start for a minute or so then go back to being redundant and not working. Below is a HJT log. Please take a look. I'd be much grateful.
