Windows Shell Commor files

    Hi,

    Not sure where to enter this. Can anybody please tell me how to open Windows Shell Commor files. I downloaded a movie and the files are rar files but not got the winrar icons and when check properties it says they are Windows Shell Commor files. Been trying change to winrar but still can't get any the files open.

    How do you know they are rar files?

    I have same problem about this rar files. some one ask the previous caller to how he/she knows its rar files. well in my case the files is named as .rar and needs to open in window shell commer. can some one tell me what to do to open it?

    If you do not have Winrar, install it. If you do, reinstall it.
