The volume button down only has stopped working, I wiped the surface and it works. Now its stopped working only down, it works on the keyboard and if you turn the volume up on tablet and slide it down on the touch screen. Please help after this post has been moved lol.
I turned the Tablet on its side volume button facing up rubbed a cotton bud with isopropanol on it over button, so lots of it went over the button and let it dry, that didn't solve it. Holding the tablet in my right hand I gently tapped the tablet volume button side against the palm of my hand, now I've found the button works no problem really strange.
no idea and it was coincidence as its not working again, i read someone did that and solved problem, i think they said its an update to go with a wacom driver that causes the problem. i believe it might be a physical problem loose/dirty connection or faulty switch.
