Sometimes when I boot my computer and when starts the windows theme is differnt then what is selected. I try changing the theme but that won't work. The only way it goes back to normal is when I reboot my computer and sometimes I need to do it twice. Why does that happen and is there a way to fix this problem?
does anybody else use the computer or only you. it could be that you or someone else is not shutting the computer down properly so the settings arent being properly saved. also some security restrictions can make the computer not save settings
