windows vista bluescreen memory dump (help please)

    not sure if this is right forum but im having periodic/random blue screen memory dumps. im not sure whats causing this i would appreciate any advice on how do diagnose the problem.
    im running windows vista 32 bit, i know vista...

    download memtest, and run it to see if the ram is the problem.
