    is windows vista still beta?
    becuase i want to get it!
    if it still is, when is it gonna be ready?

    Last i heard vista was pushed back too 07.

    Not a set release for it yet but early 2007 ( February or April ) is what they are aiming for.

    I had it.. if you want to get it go to http://www.microsoft.com/Windowsvista/ I think it is.

    I had it and I liked it but wouldnt work with my hardware and I couldnt play my games so I was forced to reformat my computer and install XP back on. If you want it on your computer badly, be my guest, but download the tool that microsoft will give you before you download the actual OS to see if it will work on your computer
