i was wondering the people who've downloaded this, does it come with more bad problems, or is it pretty good with no complications?

Possible drm media player/dvd playing problem.. Apart from that it seems stable enough.

WMP is full of spyware.. I suggest not using it at all and instead installing (and setting to default) VLC

If you have an AMD processor, then you might encounter some problems installing SP3. This mainly occurs with branded computers from HP (You can read about it here). The problem has been fixed with an update (found here), so as long as you use Windows Update to install SP3, then you should be fine (it won't show up as an option if the fix isn't already installed on your computer). Other than that, SP3 was well tested and installs without breaking other applications. In fact, it actually speeds up some applications after being installed (read about it here). Eventually, SP3 will be required before you can install other updates, thus I would recommend that you go ahead and install it now.
