windows xp 64 bit only showing 1 out of 4 gb ram

    hi i just installed windows xp pro 64 bit, when i 1st lookin in system it showed all 4 gb, now ive got the net connected and installed a few things it slowed down, i checked the system again and it shows 1 gb
