My current OS is Windows 2000 Pro)and I use Decrypter and DVD Srink with no problems) and I have been wondering what might happen in terms of compatibility if I switch OS to XP, or Ubuntu.
Anyone know if there are any compatibility issues?
Also-is it possible to compress ISO files in NERO?

Since I am not a Linux user I cannot say anything about Ubuntu, however I have XP and have no compatibility problems with either Shrink or Decrypter. The only troublesome ripping/burning program I have had is DVDneXTCopy.

Thanks for feedback-I will assume that as long as I contnue to use the older version of Nero-I will have no problems burning if I switch OS.
    cheers-

You should have no problems with Nero 6, and many users do not have problems with 7, although I did when it first came out and have decided to wait for a few more updates before putting it back in.
