Windows xp failed install

    I've just bought a new computor and tried to install windows xp onto it but when it gets to setup it keeps failing.

    Is there anyway to delete this initial install and start again?

    P.S. There is no os installed on the pc yet!!!!

    reformat the drive using quick format. what is the system specs of the computer?
