Probably won't happen here.

You can go to your computer store or eBay for a legal copy. If your os was installed by the computer manufacturer, you can talk to them and see if providing your sales information will get you a replacement key from them.

Bluecoal gave you some good advice. In the event you purchased the xp upgrade but lost the original packaging contact microsoft and they will assist you in getting it back. If you are trying to get an illegal key that is considered piracy and afterdawn does not allow that via the site rules.
