ok! so i messed up big time! I upgraded windows xp and all went well. The problem is i unintentionally enabled the login screen in order to access widows. i don't even remember setting the password when i first got the computer 3yrs ago. i already tried logging in as administrator w/password blank. no go. can anyone recommend a reliable safe tool to either reset my password or retrieve it. thanks.
