This problem is driving me round the bend! Every time I shut down my PC it goes through the motions, shuts down and then automatically restarts. I run a virus scan weekly and a spyware program daily. I do not have a virus but the spyware program always finds many files named 'Viewpoint'. I always delete them but it makes no difference.
Any idea's on why and especially how to fix would be great. Cheers

I have managed to sort it (hopefully). Seems it may have been a compatibility issue with EA Games, Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire, have un-installed the game and shut down 3 times now with no problems. Now if anybody knows of a patch so that I can re-install and still shut down it would be greatly appreciated.
