I want to get a movie from my camcorder to dvd. I bought a s-video cable today, but it is still not working. There is nothing under the capture tab. Isn't the camcorder picture supposed to be there? Someone please help!
You probably should post this in the camcorder forum.... Most camcorders use a firewire connection to transfer the DV to the PC. See if your camera has an IEE1394 connector on it. S-video is more for hooking the camera to your VCR.
