Hi everyone I tried to copy an .avi to dvd using windvd creator but when the movie played in my player it was upside down...go figure, the avi file plays fine in my computer so I know the file is good. I did an mpeg to dvd and that came out great. Can someone help me out please. Thanks
I hate to tell you this, WinDVD Creator isn't exactly a one-click transcoder. It can be a bit complex. The easiest route is to use a simple conversion app for the AVI to DVD and then a simple transcoder, if needed. Once converted, DVDCopy4 from InterVideo would be a good choice if the file is over 4.37GB. It records DL as well, if that's the way you're going. If you want to ask questions about Creator, I'd suggest getting a mod to move the post over to an advanced section. Sounds like you got the settings off somewhere. But then you already had that much figured out. Good luck.
