    Good Morning Guys
I am having a small problem with a TV card which I have added recently. When using Win DVR3 with my video connected to the aerial socket of the card I am getting sound but no picture. This is the same using Pinnacle Studio but when I use Nero Vision Express I can see the picture in the preview pane.
I don't particularly need to watch TV on my PC but I am trying to transfer video to DVD. I have still to try this using S-Video or composite but I thought I could use the aerial connection.
    TV Card - 7130 (Philips?)
    NVidia GeForce 4 graphics
    Any thoughts would be appreciated.

    Cheers

Well you answered your Own Question ,You Can NOT use the Aerial Input on the Card to Capture from a VCR or other Analogue Source unless you actually have an aerial attached to the Aerial Port...

You really should have used the S-Video or RCA/Composite Inputs before Posting because it would have saved you Time and Trouble...

    Cheers

PS: Remember you also Probably have to select "S-Video" or "RCA/Composite" in the Capture softwares device settings before captureing from these Inputs.... And don"t use the S-Video input with a RCA to S-Video Adapter because you will get a black and White Image....Also if you are Captureing from a Retail VHS tape you Might run into Macrovision Copy Protection problems...

    Cheers Minion

Tried using composite but still get a black screen on WinDVR. I appear to get it ok in Nero preview panel. Everything appears to be selected ok.
