Winfast 2000/XP error?

    I have my VHS onto my HD which I used Winfast 2000/XP deluxe to do. My problem is when I place the video into the DVDLAB PRO program I get these errors: Wrong Frame Size? 640 X 480, fps 29.97, Aspect 4:3, What did I do wrong? Thanks

    It sounds like you captured at 640x480, which isn't a DVD compliant resolution. You should be capturing at 720x480, 704x480, 352x480, or 352x240 instead.
