WinPC defender Malware removal

I have WinPc defender malware installed on my laptop and i cant remove it. I tried Malwarebytes and Smithfraudfix but it is still on the system. I ran these programs in safe mode. Malware bytes is picking up no errors. Smithfraud fix tried to remove the errors but couldnt remove them all. Any help please let me know

Ok sorted, just didnt delete infected itemd from Temp folder
