WinRar: How To Make It Open Extracted Folder Automatically?

I know I can do this if I start the program and manually extract a folder. But I'd like WinRar to automatically open the folder that i just extracted, like Windows Unzip.

So, I right-click on the .zip folder, then choose "Extract To Folder," I choose the folder, and then what option thing do I check in WinRar so that the new folder is opened automatically after it's unzipped..
