I bought a second wireless controller and I threw the box away, so I don't have instructions. Can someone tell me why I keep the button held in on the controller, but it won't connect to my 360? I have the premium system, and the controller that came with it connects just fine. I also held in that little button between the LB and RB buttons, assuming that was a way to get a signal. Anynoe know what I'm doing wrong? All my new controller does is flash green lights.

I had the same problem. What I did was take my play and charge kit and plug it into the new controller and plugged it intot he USB port. It recognized it right away and worked fine from then on.

Try what jones8430 said first. I don't remember seeing this button on the Xbox, but I am surely going to look when I get home. I am sure I will feel dumb once i see it.
