Wireless help setting up

    I have zoom X6 wireless router my laptop picks it up but i cant conct to the internet through it!?!?? Im completely new to this, can anyone help me please!!!!!!

    I have the same problem connecting the Zoom X6 to my desktop PC.
    The configuration setup looks OK, but cannot connect to the Internet.
    Does anyone know how to resolve this?

    This is what I am experiencing!
    Surfing the web - often get 'Page not found' like its disconnected.
    But I listen to an online radio station and that does not disconnect....
    I have no icon to check my settings for X6 - just the gateway connection for my son's PC upstairs. He does not experience these probs at the same time as I do!

    Can anyone help?

    Zoom Technical Support advice is to try putting your telephone number into the Password.
    It seems to have worked for me.
