    hey all,

I have a wireless adaptor and i am trying to connect my laptop to the internet (wirelessly). It starts to load the connection fine, but the status says 'acquiring network address' and it says this for a couple of minutes and then pops up with a message saying 'limited or no connectivity'.

i really want my laptop to go wireless, i know all the codes for it but i cant find anywhere to put them.

how can i get the connection working?

    ta for any help

what brand of wireless do you have? When I coneected my laptops to the wireless I had to connect first with a direct connection to the unit with a cable then set up the laptops.
