With A Pre Modded Xbox Such As The "DreamX-1480". Will I Be Able To Rent A Game At Blockbuster And Just Load It On To The HD Of The Console. Instead Of Going To The Store And Buying It For "50$". And If I Can Do It Will It Be A Hard Task? I Have "OK" Experience With Electronics.

ummm you really dont wanna be asking questions like that. You see its illegal, and as the forums read, no piracy allowed.
If you BUY a game, yes you can put it in the modded xbox, as long as you have the right app, ie px hddloader or something like that, and install it to your hard drive, as long as there is space on the drive. This does save wear on the game, which is an issue with all disc media games.
You woudnt need a dreamx necc though, just about any modded xbox with the right bios and apps would do it.

Ya, all you need is a fairly new chip(Xecuter 2.3b Lite) and a bigger hard drive for your 'backups' :D

But will the Dream X Do this without having to buy the Xcutor mod chip or whatever? Without having to go out of my way to do this?

I have no idea, read the specs for it. I'm guessing it will, basic modding can do that.

There are alot of compatable chips, but no BIOS for them, so it's pretty useless right now.
