I've ordered a PVR of wishard satellite over a month ago, which was promptly autoreplied as dispatched, but then it disappeared. I've tried persistently to contact this mythical character by email, website, phone, even paypal resolution but every contact has been either ignored, or deleted somewhere. This isn't a problem, there are lots of shady dealers on the net, and I should be able to recover the costs. As this "customer relations guru" seemingly has a monopoly on genuine st*rview pvrs and boxes, what other options are there for getting hands on one without handing over €200 to chancer in the pub (same guy?) ... or should I just go for a fake? /bp
There are no fake Starview PVRs. Have you gone onto Wizards support forum and sent a pm to spiderman or Mr. Wong as they are from Wizard and can answer your queries.
cheers... i had exhausted all the traditional channels - where can i get either wong or spider's profile to pm them; for some reason i can't find any old mails with either wizard, spiderman or wong as a user??!?!
Go to this exact thread and post your query http://www.satdownloads.co.uk/smf/index.php?board=192.0 you will have to register unless you already have. Seemingly there has been a mix up with a few orders in their office, maybe that is the case with your's also.
Why did you post here when you have an issue with a supplier on another site? As scouser says, sign up and contact them directly
