isn't wma an audio file? if so it needs to be mp3. if i am wrong, the program i use to convert video is mp3 player utilities 3.68. do not use the newer version of this software as it does not work. needs to be version 3.68.
WMA is a audio format, WMV is windowm media Video format. You will need to get a wma to mp3 converter if its audio that you are trying to create. The AMV converter that comes with MP3 Utilities does convert WMV to AMV also.
Thanks for all the inputs. Yes, I found a working version from the web. After converting successfully, I had other surprises. .amv files that were transferred into my player don't show up in the player folder but can be seen thru the PC's USB directory. When I contacted my retailer, he show me another version that was able to transfer successfully and also display properly. But by then I had already made up my mind to swap for a Samsung mp3 player. Hope this time I've better luck!
