WMA/V files - PLEEEEEEEEASE HELP

    I have 4 WMA/V files. Two of them I can fast-forward through, but the other two I cannot fast-foraward. Can some1 please tell me why and how can I fix it?

    WMA files normally have key points which let you seek the file. If not then they will only play on their own like streaming files. I fix this by opening them up in Virtualdub(i forget which version will open wma's)but choose 'open extended options-checkmarked' then choose 'rederive keyframes'. It will take alittle time to fix depending on the file size. Then resave the file.
    There are other programs on the net to fix this problem, just search the net with keywords -OR- goto www.dvdrhelp.com and search there. GL

    Another solution is to just convert the file and that will end the problem.
