WMP 11 problems

I've recently downloaded wmp11..however, the video freezes up on the start of the video..I've rolled back n the same problem exists..

These videos play fine on MPC which is my default player but i'm wondering why this problem exists and whether there's anyway ard it?

 

give more info please, what file, codec, did this always happen with WMP or just since you got 11?

 

i'm using ffdshow with haali splitter..my videos play fine on MPC..it used 2 work on wmp 10..but ever since i changed to 11..video freezes upon start up..and even when i roll back, wmp 10 gives the same problem.

 

i can suggest you do a sytem restore to just before you installed wmp11, or you could try reinstallin fddshow and any other codecs, i have wmp11 and no problems here so dont know why you are having problems with it.

i've tried restoring but the problem still exists..sigh..no hope?
