is there any software out there lick this, cause its better than taking pic by pic after pic just to make a gif and taking a pic from a video would take long. thanks in advance.
Only app that comes to mind is mplayer. Can basically convert anything to an animated gif. No optimising, etc. though. mplayer.exe -ao null -vo gif89autput=file.gif:fps=? -vf scale input.wmv Of course there are more options like resizing and selecting frames.
