I am finishing up my first film, a documentary...and for some reason when I render down to .AVI there are many skips and errors (I was told to render uncompressed, .AVI.) However, rendering to .WMV is perfect! My question is--I know .WMV is lower quality, but if I use the highest quaity .WMV render (WMV HD 8mbps), will it be good enough quality to show on the big screen, in a theater? Sure looks good on my 50" TV. Please help this newbie.
There are some people at the Videohelp site who can offer advice when it comes to big screen display. http://forum.videohelp.com/
