I am trying to put some videos from a website on DVD. Using DVD Flick. They are WMV files and I am converting them to NTSC format. The burning process goes good but once I play the DVD on a regular DVD player. I have this problem at the bottom of the screen where it says the name of the wesite. You can just barely see the top of the letters.

Does anyone know what the problem is?

Yes. And you can know the reason too. Look up 'Safe Area' or 'Overscan' in WikiPedia or any good video glossary.

Thats just explaining what they are. Its not explaining how to fix the problem. I have already selected the overscan option in DVD Flick and you still could not see the websites name. So does anyone know how to fix the problem?

You might try FAVC. It can use HCEnc which probably does a better job than FFMPEG. IIRC you can also use AVS filters with FAVC which would allow you to crop the video or place a black frame around it.
