wmv to MPEG4 or(Divx, Xvid)

    whats the best video converter for wmv to MPEG4 or(Divx, Xvid)
    cause i want to upload it to youtube, with good quality.

    I use and recommend Power Video Converter or Advanced X Video Converter.

    AVIDemux now supports wmv files. I'm sure there are still bugs, but it is easy to use and can output XviD in an mp4 container. Uses faac for aac encoding though. Can always use AVISynth with directshowsource() to load wmv files into VDub, MeGUI, etc.
