I need to take a WMV file and shrink it from it's 128Mb size to 100Mb. What is the best way to do this. I need free programs that can do it because I can't afford to buy a converting program right now. A freind of mine told me you guys on this site could help me so here I ma. Thanks for any and all info.
well you could try windows movie maker, as it comes with XP and play around with the setting until you get close to 100mb. I dont think you can target a file size very closely with .wmv (correct me if im wrong).
