Right, So I bought WoW on friday, it's now sunday and I still haven't been able to play the game. I went and bought a pre paid access card and created an account(I know. I'm a sucker. I could have gotten into a free server) and logged in and it said it needed to download a patch(V1.5). So I let it do that. And it said "Patch Downloaded successfully. Press restart button to restart WoW". So it says it patches the game but when I go back into the game it says it is still version 1.2.3. and it does the same thing again "Patch Downloaded successfully. Press restart button to restart WoW". HELP ME. I'm going nuts.
Ha. No help there. I managed to find one post somewhere by using google. But they have no solution and the link to the forum goes nowhere
Looks like you was in a Catch-22 situtation so I posted it for you. Blizzard won't let you post on their WoW forums without an account and since you can't get the software installed you can't create an account. http://forums.worldofwarcraft.com/thread.aspx?fn=wow-tech-support&t=381340&p=1&tmp=1#post381340 I know I give you this on irc.stormchat.org but in case you lose the link you can check it.
