would anyone like to design a cool sig for me?

would anyone like to design a cool sig for me? when i initally became a member of AD i must have screwed something up, because i dont have any option anywhere on my home page to create a sig. i've been manually attaching pictures to my posts(and have started to catch a bit of flack.)
