Would like to change AR

I recently got a movie, and when I played it it was really skinny almost unwatchable. While playing it in vlc player I checked the media info and it was:




I would really like to change the AR to something like 16:9 or similar. Thanks

You can use MPEG4Modifier to change the PAR. No need to re-encode. Not all players will resize the video though. Fortunatly VLC is one that will.
