    I wanna replace my hd with a new one. So i found this 160 g on ebay but im not sure if its compatibale. can someone help me out and let me know?

    SEAGATE 160GB HARD DRIVE HD 7200RPM 8MB

    First do you have your xbox moded. If so it will work with ATA/100 and ATA/133 But not ATA/150. IT also better what kind of chip you have.

    What is "it will work with ATA/100 and ATA/133 But not ATA/150". Im not familiar with these terms. Thanks.

    ATA/100 is IDE drive. and ATA/150 is Serial Ata drive.

    Just give me a model number and i will check if it works with xbox.
