Hi, just installed convertxtodvd as one of my mates recommended it, however after it starts to write it stops and says code 03 73 03 [medium error, power calibration fail (cd burner is dirty)], the thing is the pc is brand new and has burned dvd,s using nero 8, i dont know a great deal about the working of pc,s can anybody help?
Update firmware Try using different blank media, Taiyo Yuden or Verbatim are good choices. uninstall/ reinstall convertxtodvd, making sure you download the latest version.
peehead, Quckdraw could be right. Additionally, check your DVD burner for the most current firmware. Also, if using DVD-R, tick on Prefer SAO for DVD-R. It will burn your media in Session At Once instead of packet writing !
