Question Write ps1 backups and play on ps2

Please answer my questions :
I have a moded ps2 console it can play ps1 games and i tried many ps1 games on it .... but i wanted to play nuclear strike game on it but unfortunately i lost this game so i downloaded nuclear strike rom for ps1 ... it only includes bin file and there isn’t cue file
So tell me how to burn it to cd and play on my modded ps2 ?
Shall i use alcohol 120 ?
Do i need cue file ? As i said there is only bin file
Shall burn it to cd or dvd ?
How to burn it ?

It's a bin file ,so you would burn it to a CD

You should be able to burn it without cue file

Which program shall i use for burning ? Imgburn is good ? Does it work ? Or it must be alcohol 120 ?

 

You can use imgburn
Doesn't have to be Alcohol 120

 

So just write bin with imgburn to cd right ? I don’t have iso or anything else !

 

Yes you burn the bin file to CD
If it won't burn, then you can create a cue file for the bin file
Some bin files don't need a cue file

 

So can you tell me how to create a cue file ? Please

And what happened if i convert bin to iso ? And then burn it
