www.copydvd.com is it a good website to buy from?

    I need some help, last monday I bought the DVD X Copy Platinum online at www.copydvd.com, does anybody know how to contact them, everytime I try to email them I only get a auto responds, they have taking my money already but no sign of my software please somebody help me. Is it a Scam website, I hope not.
