wxripper raw dump (ssfile) ssmerger

    ok so i am using wxripper to ripe and back up my games and all goes good it ripe's perfect using the swap method ok so then i try to use abx360gui to check it and i have a lot of errors can some one please explain to be what i am doing wrong i know it is a raw file so do i have to do a few more steps before i can burn them i have used imgburn and it burns the only thing is it dose not play the only thing it plays is the screen saying if you want to play this disc put it in a 360 console please and help i would be very great full
