I already tried that but i cant seem to find any blank discs to copy the discs onto and when i tried to replace the hard drive with a larger one, i couldn't seem to find a way to take it out cause my uncle's girlfriends brother did it for me and im not sure if the mod chip is on the hard drive tself or on another part of the x-box. i may have to check that.... anyways i cant seem to take the hard drive out cause i cant seem to find the screws to take it out. ill try and get back to u A.S.A.P

it is actually very simple, i did it for the first time and it took me about 10-15 minutes.

I also suggest you get an auto installer program like Slayer 2.6
from a torrent site. There are a few different one's out there
    to choose from.
Also back up all the games and game saves from your old drive
to your PC so you can transfer them back to your new drive once it is in and formatted.

as far as copying games to a DVD, all you need is a few things
read the other tutorials on the site i linked you to.
A good quality DVD, an FTP set up, and a program like Qwix or Craxtion4 to make the game folders into an ISO so you can burn to DVD

trust me, it will work. I had a friend who sold me the Xbox make that tutorial for me. And i used it and it worked like a charm.
The screws on the bottom are all hidden if i remember right
four under the black foot pads and a couple others under
some silver stickers. But that tutorial has pictures to show you exactly where they are.
