I did the X-Clamp fix for the RROD about a year ago. Installed the kit following the directions to the letter. Turned the system back on and it works perfectly. Just recently I was playing my xbox and it started to freeze after turning on/off the 3 rings came back. I baked the system thinking it was a loose solder point. It began to work again. 2 days later it's starting to freeze again. Anyone have any suggestions? I can't figure out why it works for a year then craps out.
try tightening the screws a little bit,if that doesnt work try doing the fix all over again,and if that doesnt work i dont know
