x copy program slower then normal?

    Hello,

    I have a problem with X copy. it just started to read the disc alot slower for some unknown reason? It usually reads in 20 mins and burns in 13mins, AND now it reads in 1:47 and to burn 1:30. I didn't change any settings? is there something i could do to bring it back to the speed before??? the burner is the LG 12X Super Multi dvd Rewriter?
